Texted-Based Art

Image
The converted image I created was an elephant. I thought it would be extremely interesting to see it with the numbers and symbols and I liked the way the black background looked rather than the white. Beside this text, I have added a softball that has my name in it to make out the picture. Softball has been my life ever since I can remember and I thought it was a really cool idea if I use my name within this photo to really express that this sport will always have a piece of me. Below this text I inserted my word art image, which is a heart with the words love, smile and happiness within it. I think it was just a nice little touch that I thought was super cute, loving and everyone deserved to see as well as, feel. As you can tell love is extremely emphasized and I really liked the look of it within this heart. This made me think of self-love. The heart has an arrow that comes around back into the center of the heart and I really translated that to love first starts fr

I really enjoyed doing these two images. It was really interesting and fun to play around with Scribbler Too. I made a few images before I finally settled on these two that I wanted to publish in my blog. I think they both convey something completely different but still are interesting and I really enjoyed doing these two images the most. I thought that this application was extremely easy to use and I would gladly use them again and play around with more images. I thought that this was a great assignment.  I really enjoyed the flame artwork after my Adobe Flash wanted to work for me. I tried to download these with the other images up top but they didn't come through right away which really stressed me out.   "Flatline" I liked the use of colors with this one. I wanted to keep it simple and to the poin

Video Mashup

I found this project to be a lot of fun while also really challenging my abilities. I chose a lot of my videos from the archive site because it was super accessible. I used iMovie to do my video and I didn't realize how challenging it truly would be mostly downloading at the end because it is a big file and I tried to download it to my Vimeo account which was a disaster. The end of this project was a real struggle for me because it seemed like nothing was working and that usually is how it goes when you turn it in with ten minutes to spare. I though iMovie was super simple to use, I just downloaded my videos and cut them in there the way I wanted to because it was very similar to the way I cut videos when I do Twitter inserts for my job. You take the video shut off the audio cover it with yours a boom you got yourself a video. I chose to do mostly nature scenes as well as a little cute blurb of some puppies just because I thought they were adorable. I liked the different natur
